ARCBAN Glove with extension cuff

ARC PROTECTIVE Glove made from Nomex® fibres giving protection
against the thermal hazards of an electric arc and also against accidental contact with
heat and flame.

The extension cuff is made Nomex 220 grm Comfort fabric, the glove "hand" is made from Nomex and has leather grip pads attached to palm, thumb and fingers

IT SHOULD BE NOTED THAT CURRENTLY THERE IS NO CE STANDARD FOR ARC PROTECTION FOR GLOVES

IT SHOULD ALSO BE RECOGNISED THAT IN MOST CASES THE HANDS WILL BE CLOSEST TO THE SOURCE OF THE ARC AND THAT THE INCIDENT ENERGY INCREASES BY THE INVERSE SQUARE OF THE DISTANCE FROM THE ARC
