Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 (MHSW)
These Regulations are in addition to the duties laid down under Health and Safety of Work Act 1974. They have been put in place in order that employers take care of all those they work in conjunction with – employees, contractors, clients or customers. The aim of the regulations is to reduce damage by assessing all potential risks and to create action plans for emergencies
